Return & Refund Policy
We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
In these cases, you will receive a free replacement or full refund, and you usually do not need to return the item.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Disliking the product
If a return is required, the item may need to be sent to our overseas warehouse at the customer’s cost.
